Jamie was a wonderful front office person, she went above and beyond in a busy time to help me get my car in when it was not safely drivable and get me hooked up with Enterprise for a rental car. There are still 2 flaws on the rear end that were not there prior to the accident. It appears as though rather than replace the piece they just tried to use the existing piece and didn't realize it was damaged
