Everything was great! Everyone was super friendly, and Adrian was super! He took the time to identify all the damage on the car, he kept me updated, and when I picked it up he was really friendly and explained the work done! Adrian was very informative throughout the entire process from start to finish. This made the repair process much less stressful. The front desk staff was an absolute joy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the repairs and the rental car process. Great experience having my car repaired with Abra. Cindy Walsh prepared my quote and kept me updated during the repair. She was really fantastic. She was knowledgeable and clearly explained the repairs that needed to be made. She also suggested a couple of pieces that could be reused to save me a little money, and I very much appreciated the options. She was friendly and extremely easy to work with. The work completed turned out great, couldn’t be happier. Cindy also helped to ensure my car was ready to pick up when I returned from out of town! The technicians repaired the problem. But dented the vehicle in 2 other locations. Nobody has time to deal with this type of sub par craftsmanship.
