I asked multiple times (when scheduling my repair appointment and when I actually went to get the repair) if I could get an estimate on a scrape on my front bumper, and I tried to call my agent multiple times to ask if the quote had been done, and then arrived right as the shop was closing for the night to pick up my car and did not get to ask for a quote. Other than that I had a good experiences, I would have just liked more follow through with my other question.
