The many auto texts that I got about the progress of the vehicle were all incorrect every time I spoke to Becky at Abra. I expressed my concerns about this vehicle and the previous one we had just brought it in and I was told that quality takes time... the previous vehicle we had to return 3 times. The bed on the truck still has damage and was not fixed correctly... we came in to pick up the truck today they told us it was done. This truck was also not done and the manager had stated that he didn't see the dent on the bed. So now the truck is going to sit in there for another week, we wasted a trip down to Abra. Very disappointed in the quality, lack of correct information and the timeliness of the work. I would have had been better off taking it to the local high school and having their Auto Body classes perform the work. I will never bring another vehicle to Abra and advise my family/friends not to as well.
