Poor attention to detail. Having to bring my truck back in to have 4 more items repaired/replaced that weren't seen or just forgotten about until I picked my vehicle up. This, after having left it at your shop for over **** week. My insurance doesn't have rental coverage (I understand this has nothing to do with you), but that does compund my frustration knowing that I'll be without a vehicle again once I bring my truck back in.
I also mentioned that there was some front and rear damage/noises coming from the axles or undercarriage. They were very noticeable if someone were to have driven it even around the parking lot. Instead, the truck was put on the lift (allegedly) and nothing could be seen or appeared to damaged by your techs at first glance. I know you don't do those types of repairs had they found any damage, but that you send it out to one of your subs to be worked on instead. But it wasn't sent out for repair, nor even sent out to be evaluated even though that was my main concern to begin with, because the noises were so obvious, the shuttering noticeable, and the grinding unmistakable. But for whatever reason my concern and my description of the damage that had been done somewhere in the axles or in the main structure of the vehicle, wasn't taken seriously or was dismissed altogether?
And sure enough, upon leaving Abra I drove straight to the Ford dealership where they found some very serious damage that is now being taking care of. Fortunately they have a loaner program for vehicles that are at their shop for more than just a couple days. This has helped me out tremendously.
Again, I have to bring my vehicle back to Abra to have 4 additional items repaired that were absolutely known about prior to me leaving it with your shop, and that are on the original quote/invoice.
I understand things are missed from time to time, and I'm a reasonable person. Also, I've had great success with Abra in the past along with family members, which is the reason I brought it to you in the first place. But this time I haven't been so lucky.
And finally, **** of the 4 items that still needs to be repaired, and probably what alarms me the most, is the turn signal/windshield wiper/brights lever that is broken, is so loose and just barely hanging on...it was somehow overlooked altogether, because it's the only item not on the original quote. Yet I mentioned it to 2 different people, and it's hard not to notice that it needs to be fixed. This was the first thing that I noticed as soon as I got into my vehicle. Your techs probably didn't use it driving into and out of the shop, but it was concerning.
My apologies for such a lengthy response comma but I wanted to make you fully aware of my concerns rather than just rant :), so that you can better improve your service.
And I also know you don't want your customers answering the survey questions if we're unable to answer them with all "10's", or all the highest rating of satisfaction. That is something I'm unable to do, but out of respect I wanted to let you know first before doing the survey.

Neely did an exceptional job of following up throughout the process.
I was disappointed a little about the quality control of the final detail. Windows we're not cleaned adequately. There was a spot on the front fender that was not correct.
My first impression when I drove off the lot was the last few minutes of preparation was overlooked and rushed. The first thing I looked at was through the front, side and rear windows. They could have been cleaned much better. It's all about first impressions

All is good, great job. My only comment is that since I could still drive my car, i probably would not have to rent another car for as long if the lift gate had been ordered beforehand and I could have brought my car in to be repaired after you got the lift gate. But then I don't repair cars, so maybe I don't know what is best. Thank you for a great repair.

I wasn't contacted when there was an estimate on the damage of my car, I had to call and find out after they had already started repairs on my car. There was a delay in when the work on my car could be started because I wasn't informed of the paperwork I was required to sign or my option to scan/email the papers in. I also received inconsistent calls and texts about when my car would be completed. The repairs took much longer than they should have.
