I need to follow up on scratches to the windshield not there prior to repairs. They appeared to be streaks from washing it until i came home tonight to wipe them off. There are 4 scratches directly in the drivers view.

I was pleased with the final product but was unsatisfied with the communication and professionalism. I was told by the estimator that my vehicle would be done by Thursday or no later than Friday. After calling the body shop on Friday they informed me that my vehicle would be completed by the beginning of the following week. I expressed my concern and that I was given a completion date of Friday yet the office wasn't apologetic for the mistake. As a result I had to rent a car for four days. The craftsmanship on my vehicle was fantastic, but the office lacked quality customer service.
