Kevin was fantastic at keeping me informed over the phone regarding the status of my repair. Each new change to the repair was reported to me over the phone. The paint job was outstanding and was shiny.

I had decided to have repairs done somewhere else because it took 8 days to receive an estimate. I asked several times for authorization contract. I finally got them on day eight. In the mean time repairs began (without authorization). Then I was given a bill for work done before my vehicle would be released to me. The only authorization I gave was verbal for remove parts for estimate. The truck was completely dismantled and repairs had begun.
