Because your team did not do a quality pre repair inspection. We had to pay for an extra 4 or 5 days on the rental. Not to mention 2 days b4 we went to pick up the car the first time. Our rep called us and said the car would be finished, never called back. Next day we called and he said it was in final assy. We waited till the end of the day and finaly got a call and was told the car wasnt ready. When we were called on the 3rd day to pick up the car. I went to do final walkaround, car was not repaired completely. Thats very unprofessional. I'll have a very hard time considering abra in the future for our repairs.

Work great. Agent great. I went straight home afterwards Just a few miles. Left about 3 am the next morning. Just a few mikes on 840, PSI triggers. The tire, where the work was done had been filled to 35 and showed low. At that time in the morning, being a female traveling alone, really no where to stop. It would not have been a big deal if I was not traveling. The Benz with those tires, should have been 41 in the cold---44 if warm. Not a huge deal, but worrisome. Everything. Else and everyone great. On the 15th or so I received a text from ABRA saying the Silverado would be ready for pickup on the 17th. I then received a phone call saying the repairs were going well and they would keep me posted. It was very disappointing.
