I saw a gap between the rear bumper and the body of the vehicle which was too wide for my liking.
Also when driving home, I heard a lot of noise coming from the rear bumper which you worked on.
I understand my SUV is old, but there was no noise from the bumper before the accident. If the noise and the gap aggravate, I will not hesitate to let you know.

I had to call 3 consecutive days to receive the authorization to do the repairs on my car. I was told each time it would be emailed in a few minutes but it never happened. Then I was told my estimate would be done Tuesday morning early and she would call me with the amount by around 8:30. I had to call late in the afternoon to get the quote. Disappointing service.

Repair time was longer than original told.
Parts were not checked to make sure they were correct when they came in. Once the vehicle was ready to be reassembled then it was realized that there were incorrect. This made repair long unnecessarily. Dents were in vehicle that were not there before.
