Gary Campbell was very professional in writing my estimate and in dealing with me when I brought my car for repair. He was friendly, communicated by phone, text and email, and was straightforward in his responses to my questions. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, sorry I didn’t get her name, but she greeted me by mine when I picked up my car! My repairs were done to perfection. There was one small spot near the fog light. Should have been buffed or retouched. The entire front area was replaced and looks great. Except for that one small spot. All I can imagine is that the area was considered previous damage. But really, it would be difficult to get to that area. I thought it was odd. Left a bad taste. Otherwise. It seems great v

It was a fast and easy process. The only head ache we had was dealing with insurance on a small issue, but even this was dealt with quickly and Nick (the gentleman who walked us through getting our cars fixed) was helpful throughout the process.
