Vehicle looks great! I appreciate the manager explaining why it took longer than I was told it was going to take. My only recommendation would be to maybe explain when customers come in, what different sceneries could cause delays. I would like to think that a rationally minded person would understand..... and some people you will never please. Thank you

As a repeat customer I can honestly say I was let down by my most recent ABRA Auto Body and Glass experience. While the repair was completed it was overall average at best. Needless to say I will be shopping around for another auto body shop next time around. My ratings for my overall experience can be seen below - using the same rating scale as ABRA's survey (**** low - 10 high). Customer Service: 4 - while I was updated through out the repair 90% of it was via a general text with minimal human follow up. Due to this I was left wondering about details of progress and work being performed. Quality of Repair: 5 - overall average and not a high quality professional repair. I had a front bumper, front fender, and front headlight repaired due to a very minor collision. When I went to pick up the vehicle it had to be reworked "quick" in the shop due to the following findings by myself (not the ABRA technician). - Vehicle body lines - the front bumper did not align with the fenders (and still isn't 100%) like the OEM one and the spacing between the hood, fender, and headlight, were not equal but rather very tight against the hood. When reviewing the vehicle I was asked "what can I live with" and informed that it won't be like it was before the collision due to aftermarket parts; even though the parts used for the repair were OEM parts. - New scratches on the hood which had to be buffed out. - Sub-par bondo and paint repair - still visible chips and poor feathering. Timeliness: 5 - I was informed by my insurance agent before ABRA on a potential pick up date. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was told it should be ready Thursday. When the vehicle was not ready Thursday I was told "Friday, Monday, or early next week". My vehicle was "ready" for pick up Monday. Overall I am disappointed with my experience and would not recommend ABRA Auto Body and Glass to someone looking for a professional auto body repair. They are able to get the job done but not at the professional level they advertise.

Wasn’t sure how to answer this. I appreciated the bi-weekly updates. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and work with. I’m not happy that I have to bring the car back in due to a malfunction that was supposedly taken care of. Was not happy with the detailing done. Looked like someone dumped a bottle full of oil on my floor mats, part of the car was never touched, gas and brake pedals were caked with dirt and found a piece of glass in the holder behind the drivers seat. And last but not least, did not appreciate the last minute call, after 3:30, that my car was done and I needed to come and get it right away,before the end of the day, as all cars had to be out before the end of the month which was that night. Since I couldn’t come you did get my car to me which I appreciated. So as far as the look of the repairs you did, other than a malfunction with my not being able to open the car without pushing the keyfob, and a question I have in regards to being told I would need to reset all of my radio channels due to re-repair of my antennae, and I didn’t need to do that but am still experiencing probs between my uconnect and my phone makes me suspicious if the work was really done at all. ( I’ve had some questionable experiences with auto repair and body shops in the past so have learned to doubt when things aren’t as I’ve been told they would be). But as I previously said, everyone was very nice.

It's hard to keep a Wisconsin parking lot clear of ice in wintertime, but I did slip and almost fall on ice between parked cars on Nov 27. It would have been terrible had I fallen into the beautiful repairs you did to my car!

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Sue. Seconds later Amy came out and introduced herself. By the time we had completed the necessary paperwork and the vehicle walk-thru, the rental car had arrived. When I was finished with the rental company, Amy was ready with an estimate. As promised, I was contacted at every step of the process until it was complete. When I picked up the vehicle I had questions about replacing the clear coat on the vehicle and Jason already had the answer. During the accident coffee wasted all over the car. I forgot to tell Amy when I came I initially came in. Finally, they offered to detail my vehicle at no cost. I have heard more about bad experiences than good ones when it comes to accident vehicle repairs. I can honestly say mine is a good one. At this time I have absolutely NO complaints. The team (Amy, Sue & Jason) at Abra could not have been nicer or more professional.
