I appreciated the almost daily updates and pleasant attitudes of Al, Sue and Kathy. My only issue (and it's a small one) is the two day delay in the work assignment. I would suggest - with future missing assignments for other customers - automatically checking with the main office in Minnesota to see if the work assignment went there instead of your location. My Camry looks great!
