Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied. My trunk needed replacement from damages to the vehicle. After close inspection, it is very noticable that the trunk does not line up as it should or as it did before the car was damaged. Please advise me on how I should proceed with my dissatisfaction. I was going to contact the shop where the work was actually done. Would this be the procedure? Sincerely Jody B

You did a great job in a timely manner.

The repair for my car was done in a timely manner and the staff was friendly and helpful. But, As I was leaving the facility a problem occured. As I was leaving (still in the Abra parking lot) I heard a "thumping" noise which seemed to match up with a tire rotation. I turned onto Rawson St and the thumping noise continued. Then I pulled a U-turn and pulled over to the side of the road to start again from 0mph. When I did this, the noise was not there anymore so I figure something was just realigning in my car and everything was fine. I drove home. Then, about ****.5hours after I picked up my car from Abra I had to go to work... I walked outside to my car and I had a flat tire. I now put two ad two together that the thumping noise I heard on Abra's property was something in my tire popping or ripping which then caused the deflation of my tire. My mom called Abra right away since I had to go to work (at this point Abra was closed for the night). I called Abra the next morning and this is where the problem occured. I called and explained everything as I stated now and was told in a rude and somewhat snarky manner that "if we caused the problem we'll fix it for no charge." I understand that if it wasn't their fault they shouldn't be responsible for fixing it for free but the manner in which I was spoken to sounded rude and I felt they thought I was lying which I absolutely was not. I did not like the service I was given for this inconvenice which cost me about 3 hours of my day today and transportation complications last night. The service for my bumper was excellent but this problem has altered my mind. I would give Abra an overall score of a 7.

The folding lid in the inside back of the vehicle doesn't fit correctly and I need to return to get it fixed.
