Amanda was caring during the whole process from start to finish. Was honestly surprised my car was cleaned and vacuumed, so that made it all the better!

I have had many vehicles repaired at other collision centers but none compare in quality and service to the Abra Gallatin location, Karen provided top notch service she kept me informed almost daily and the repair and paint work was the best I have ever seen and I was in the autobody repair business for 16 years. She told me the technician was named Chris Neal and he has to be the best repair tech in the business, and when repairs was complete not only did Karen go over the repairs also the manager came out to insure I was happy and he was the most polite manager I have ever dealt with I think his name was Jay, overall a great experience I couldn’t of ask for anything better. Amanda at ABRA in Gallatin did an amazing job keeping me updated. She contacted me several times to keep me up to speed on where my car was. She knew precisely what part of the process my car was in so she was able to give me an honest time frame for each of the next steps so I could know when to expect to be picking up my car. When I picked up my car she was very sweet and knowledgeable: explaining my full receipt to me and saying she was really proud of her team for getting my car wrapped up so quickly. She gave a lot of credit to her team and she definitely deserves some recognition herself.
You guys vacuumed my car and cleaned all the puppy nose prints off the window which was unexpected but much appreciated!
