The text message service is nice, but the messages came through a bit mis-timed. I was called at close on the Tuesday to indicated the car was done. Then on Wednesday morning I got texts indicating it was not. Caused a little confusion.

I was more than satisfied with everything except the rental company they pressured me to use. I requested a different rental company, but they told me they only use enterprise. Honestly, i am only dissatisfied with the service enterprise provided- the rental car was disgustingly dirty when i picked it up. Abra did a great job on repairs, got it done a day early, and my car came back cleaner than i left it. I just didn't like being pressured to use one specific rental company.

Vicke was great explaining the claims process to us since the accident had not been reported to State Farm. Through her guidance we were able to get a claim number from them and they accepted liability.
Once our vehicle was delivered for repair, Ashley was prompt in keeping us notified regarding progress of the repairs.
