Text updates are good, however they were not useful in my case. I didn't receive useful texts until after I had already called the office to check on the status of the car. Because of other family things happening, I couldn't afford to have a vehicle out of commission for longer than a day, and I never felt I could get a good estimation of completion. Also - I was supposed to get a quote on a few other small dings and knicks on my car that no one ever followed up on. Overal, I had great service, but these small things would have made things exceptional.
