Derrick in your Gallatin location is the best! He has remembered me and my daughter everytime we come in or call. We are a repeat customer primarily because of him. We have had just awesome service time and time again! In fact, I had someone hit me from behind a few months ago and my insurance wanted me to use another repair center. I refused and made them use Abra. There is a reason you make loyal repeat customers happy!!

I understand the delay due to issues that came up during the repair. I prefer to have those attended to rather than rush the job. The car, however, was a mess when I picked it up. Unknown stains on the convertible top, lots of dust and dirt on the passenger seat and the liner in the trunk doesn't sit flush.
