Overall, the work was good. The issue I had was that it was not completed correctly the first time. This put me out trying to get a rental vahicle for a 2nd time. I had to plead with my boss to let me off so I could deal with all of this twice.

My truck smelled of cigarette smoke when I picked it up. The old tires that were replaced were just thrown into the bed of my truck and not disposed of properly. The truck was never cleaned in the outside. And I'm still having issues with my brakes.

The workmanship is not great. Actually, I am inclined to trade my truck in for a not her one. I am not happy. This is company that is suppose to guarantee their work. I had to carry my vehicle back the day after I picked it up due to multiple inperfections.

Excellent customer service and communication from Amanda. They even called my car rental place when I arrived so they would come pick me up! Only suggestion would be that insurance only provided for one headlight to be replaced and now doesn't match the other side. I would have gladly paid the difference for the other side if they let me know it would not match when I picked it up.

They are all very nice and curtious every time I called it came in. Making sure I was comfortable offering me water and making sure I understood what was going on with my car daily love the updates. Just wish they would address them to me since it's my car and my insurance! My father was just a co-singer for the car. Maybe just ask people who they need to address the messages to in the future.Other than that I enjoyed my experience and will continue to recommend and come back to Abra for my car repairs!
