Gentlemen, In over 40 years of auto service experience as a careful consumer, never have I enjoyed the satisfaction enjoyed and level of professionalism found at the ABRA center in Cudahy, WI. From the initial greeting and warm processing care by the dear lady at the front service desk, to the superb estimator's craft, to Ken's superior care and assurances and updates, there can be no finer demonstration of excellence and devotion, to often frazzled customers of car damage, than that displayed by the finest people at this Abra Center. While I do not know the name of the individual(s) who actually did the repair work on our vehicle, I can testify to their skill and artistry as exceeding our expectations by plenty! The care and attention to detail was phenomenal. If there were better adjectives available to me, I would deploy them now. This experience, in short, has singularly transformed my wife's and my perception of the auto industry as a whole, and auto body repair shops in particular. Know this, our "word-of-mouth" referrals are going to come fast and furiously whenever our family and friends should ever seek service for their vehicles. Where do I start? From the beginning all the details of what would happen concerning fixing my car were explained to me. Everyone was so nice and walked me through step by step.
