The experience was far better then I expected. The folks I dealt with were informative, polite, and helpful at every turn. They appear to have spotted every issue of damage based on one day of driving it so far. My worries were that they would not do it as well as the dealer could and, from what I can tell, they did it better. They stayed in communication with me the whole time and got the car back to me in the promised timeframe. They let me leave the rental car with them for return which was quite convenient. They were awesome and I'm happy with having gone with them instead of the dealer.
