The staff is very nice, but my backseat was not properly replaced and I had to report it to a technician. I waited for it to be properly installed and learned the clips were broken and needed to be ordered and I'd have to come back for that repair after it was in the shop for over 30 days. That was disappointing.

It's strange, but one panel on my car, is now a different color from the rest of the car, and it's not even an area of the car that required any work. It looks very dull, almost as if it were waxed but the wax wasn't taken off.
