Although there were some issues getting the right parts outside of abras control, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and frequent communication. Great experience overall. John and Pam were very pleasant to work with

My entire experience with ABRA has always exceeded my expectations. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of choosing them twice. Experiencing car damage is NEVER fun, or easy. What an inconvenience. Abra's service is truly top notch. Not only was my car completely ready to go within a couple of days, it looked great when I picked it up. The car was beautiful inside and out! It actually sparkled, which is a great sight to see after having gone through an accident. Everyone that spoke with me was personable and very courteous. When my rental car company didn't show up at the time I scheduled them to be there, Abra offered to drive me over! I will recommend Abra to anyone who needs auto repair!
