Jena, provided me an update each day and sometimes twice a day, I've never experienced that kind of customer service. No complaints with the repair. But I will say someone went into the storage pocket of the drive side door and my center console (I haven't check the glove box) They had no need to since the vehicle had damage to the rear bumper but I don't believe anything was taken that made me feel a little apprehensive.
