They were completely responsive to all questions, concerns, and requests that I had for them. They were even receptive of walking around my vehicle while I completed my final inspection. I found one item that was not completed and when the young man walking with me attempted to straighten it (which he did), it caused another small problem that was easily fixable. Asked to keep old tires. Sid not get them back. Left rear tire was not secured tight on my drive home i was at speed and went completely side ways at 70 mph. Found **** stud broken off an all 5 of others was barely on the studs. Not happy at all. Could have been killed by this oversite.
