Dennis out of the Nashville location went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. As soon as I walked through the door I was kindly greeted by a lady at the front desk, I think her name was Jenna. They gave me updates through out my repair and got it back to me two days earlier than the expectated date. Not to mention fixed a couple other things on my car as well. I would highly recommend Abra to someone. Keep up the good work guys.

Repair was poor quality. Had to leave it there for repair to be done over. Representative told me car was inspected twice and looked great. After making the 30 min drive there, I immediately saw flaws in the work. So I wasted over an hour of my time and the person that drove me there.

The door handle now gets stuck in the open position when trying to get out of the car. Also I had my car back for only 4 hours and the battery died. I am having it checked but it is believed to be a side affect of the repairs.
