Had issues since the beginning. I called to schedule my repair that insurance was covering 100%, they only scheduled me for an estimate. This was after me explaining I needed the car fixed asap and didn't need an estimate with insurance taking care of it. I then went on vacation and was assured my car would be ready before I got home, and that it would be dropped off at my house. I received a call and texts stating my vehicle would be ready and dropped off on 5/3 and would be notified if there were any changes. They took notes on where to park my car and where to put the keys. I got home yesterday and my car wasn't here and no one could explain why. My car was dropped off this morning after explaining I had to make it into work today. Would not recommend Abra and would not use your services again.

The service was excellent they let me know day for day what was going on with my car on a daily basis and when they were thru Abracadabra my car fixed those guys at Abra really take their job serious my car looked brand new.
