****) repairs were late and incomplete.
2) repairs were not complete when vehicle was returned for me to leave.
3) I was fully aware that I was to remove valuables from the vehicle but I failed to remove several dollars worth of loose change in a cup holder. It was missing upon vehicle return. Thieves obviously work at this ABRA.
4) I was told to take the vehicle to my local dealer of choice to determine how to repair what was not operational due to repairs. Really? Why did I even bring it to ABRA to begin with then.
5 this ABRA location (or based on this experience ANY ABRA location) I would NEVER refer to anyone - including my worst enemy.
