I received several quotes for my car. Abra was a slightly more expensive than the lowest one. I was told that something might be found when the bumper was removed. The other two places didn't mention it. I felt like the estimate was more thorough and established trust early. Once my car was in the shop, I received a text and a phone call every day letting me know the status. Everyone was friendly. I'd highly recommend ABRA in Collierville, TN.
