Daniel at the Collierville office was professional and handled our repair promptly. I was very satisfied with the repair.
The only complaint I have was when we previously took our car to the Bartlett location the previous Sat we found out when we got there that they didn't have our appt in their system even though I had talked to a girl at that location earlier in the week. They then proceeded to wait on two other customers who walked in after us. After waiting for 45 min we left.
Much better service in Collierville.
