I stopped by the shop one week in advance to get an estimate and allow the shop to order any parts in advance. The purpose of getting the estimate was to minimize the time my car was in the shop. No parts were ordered early. If ordered early, I could have had my car a day earlier. After my car was fixed, I noticed additional scratches near the area that was worked on that were not there prior. I also noticed poor workmanship on the paint job. Unfortunately, I am completely dissatisfied with the whole experience.
