Over spray was left all over my car. Car wasn't painted property at the bottom. I will be bringing my car back.

The lady on the phone sounded awake, competent and friendly when I called to confirm our appointment. The location and reception was clean and professional. Check in was quick and with no surprises. The service was done in the time frame promised. The employees were so helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Not only was the bumper fixed, but the truck looked beautiful inside and out! I know my comments sound odd because this is what a customer should expect but we all know what customer service has become, unfortunately, and I was very pleased with ABRA. Thank you!

Had my side view mirror replaced. Great experience! But was very disappointed in the windshield installation dept. I dropped my car off at 7am and picked it up that day at 330 and it was still not ready even, though I had an appointment.
