This ABRA Shop is one of the most professional & courteous shops.
I have used them over 5 times over the years & their quality is superb.
I want to praise Ms. Mildred the Customer Service person at the front desk for her alertness & kindness. Also Deitra, my Service manager who quoted my vehicle & kept me in the loop was awesome !

Denise Hayden did a wonderful job from beginning to end. She explained what Abra would do with my car & answered all my questions. I was very impressed that she called me daily giving me updates on my car's repair. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my car was repaired. You would never know the car had been wrecked!
