Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. This kind of work is never something anyone wants to deal with but the staff at Abra make it easier to deal with. They were very helpful with the rental car company and any questions. The only area where i think there could be some improvement is on text updates. It seemed like i was getting basically the same updates for over a week and wasn’t informed that parts had to be reordered because of damage until i asked for further explanation. Not a big deal but would have helped to understand the timeframe for completion better. I will definitely return to abra if we need car work again.
