Lauren Meyers,specifically, was very polite and helpful with handling our difficult situation in getting an appointment, insurance,and keeping us informed with progress throughout the procedure. Other s at the location were also friendly and helpful. I will certainly recommend Abra to others who need their cars restored.

Lauren was very helpful, answered all my questions and stayed in touch when to keep me aware of delays in completing the repairs due to a part not coming in on time. She did a great job. The car came back very clean inside which I was also pleased about. My only suggestion is that Abra needs a receptionist or someone who stays at the front desk to greet customers, assess their needs and then inform others there are customers waiting. Lauren and her coworker cannot see around the wall where their desks are to know when customers are waiting.

Great customer service and work

After this I will hit stop on these texts. Don't call me or contact me. If you want to fire everybody on PATRIOT DRIVE, be my guest. I want no money, repair, or recompense of any kind. I want to forget I was there. The repairs were subpar at best. Literal rusty bolts were installed VISIBLY in my fenderwell which is considered undercarriage so these rust stains will look lovely after a few weeks of washing down my truck. I told them to replace and they didn't. So when I came back and saw that they had no intention of just doing their basic job, I checked out and left. I told them that my bumper didn't line up with my headlight and it still doesn't I told them they used rusty bolts and they left them I told them my SR5 emblem was missimg and heard them ask where it was and someone said it was ordered but had not come in. Then a guy ran into the parking lot, squirted glue on an emblem, and stuck it on my truck. No level. No measurement. That was when Ii knew 110% these people were not qualified to touch my vehicle. My truck fromt end feels loose and ride is rougher than before it was taken there. A manager called and asked for me to bring it to any location. I am confident that there are staff in place that oversee each location and staff in place to oversee multiple lications. This is not a problem that just appeared the day I dropped my truck with them. There is a lack of quality control and a reliance upon repeated attempts at correction rather than just doing an excellent job the first time.!My life and work schedule are too busy to be running around switching cars and inspecting my vehicke to see what your workers need to do to perform their job. That is why I trusted Abra and that is why I was sorely let down. There is a breakdown in pride, quality, performance, workmanship, and common decency running rampant in the levels of staff at Abra. It is not my job to fix it. I have a job. I perform it well each day. Nobody ever has To repeatedly ask me to come back and perform my job properly. I just perform my job properly. If I have any recommendation for this company it would be to close permanently or at least post signs at each location warning customers that they will experience shocking and appalling service and work on their vehicle and would be better off going anywhere else.

Really a great job… Done in a timely manner was kept well-informed… People were very courteous Car looks as good as new. Put me down as super satisfied. Call always highly recommend. :-)
