I had to follow up on getting the car repaired. I had to contact the representative, who was never available. He told me Friday at 5 pm that my car was available. They close at 6. I had to pay three extra days fees for a rental car. Although the repair work is excellence and I am not satisfied with the service. I do not plan to use Abra again.

RX330 - lexus- was delivered with white rubbing compound on the back black bumper. Why was it there ?? 90% was removed when this was brought to the attention of the shop .... Why not 100% clean ???
