John did a great job in keeping me up to speed on everything. Also, the two women managing the front reception desks were so helpful in assisting me with the paperwork processing. Also, when one car rental company had no more rentals and did not show up as promised, the first woman helping me (sorry, I cannot remember her name because I was distracted, but she was so patient and helpful!) called and got another company to come pick me up and take care of a rental. I was able to get set with a car and made it to work on time! Everything looks great with the repairs and the car was finished faster than expected. They are did such a superb job and surpassed my expectations. Honestly, having my car involved in an accident was very stressful -- but they helped make everything right again. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism and work ethic, especially in the middle of an ice storm! Thanks so much -- your efforts are greatly appreciated!!

ABRA was great and the work seems good. John and Ron were friendly and helpful. There was a miscommunication between the insurance rep and John about when my car would be ready. He did everything he could to be helpful and make it right...but it was an inconvenience for me professionally. I think the problem really was with the Nationwide Rep. That said, I would highly recommend ABRA.
