They were all consistently professional, kind and helpful. My car was returned exactly when they said it would be, and the actual cost of repair did not exceed the estimate. I asked them not to turn off my car completely, since the repair was cosmetic, and they took my request seriously. I would definitely recommend this particular ABRA to others.

Dealing with the Abra on Mt Moriah was great. The service manager I dealt with was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The two ladies I dealt with in the office were also very nice to deal with. It's nice to do business with people that make a bad situation (having your car repaired) a pleasant experience. Please let them know that their great customer service was noticed. I wish more businesses would be as customer service oriented as Abra is.
