The Abra team that worked on my vehicle was exceptional. I had a pleasure of speaking with Matt Youngblood throughout he process. Matt set the bar very high for my expectations at Abra. Matt always called on time and gave me very detailed updates on my vehicle. He always was personable and made me feel like he genuinely cared about me and my car. This is not something you find everyday. My car is perfect and I thank the entire team for that. I don't typically write reviews or answer survey questions but with a bad past experience in this area I would like to say Matt Youngblood did a wonderful job taking care of me and my vehicle. 10 out of 10.
