My car looks great and I’m very satisfied with that but when I got in my car and turned it on, the radio volume was all the way up and it scared me so bad. I don’t know why someone had turned the volume up that loud but they should at least have the curtesy to turn it back down before returning the car to me

Very disappointed in the work done on my vehicle. I have an oily substance on my seat, scuff marks on my paint, a panel missing, sensors alerting me of different issues and my lift gate will not open. What a joke. Not to mention I was told it would be ready before the first of January and it was the 17th before it was finished. That I didn’t have a problem with but if you say your going to do something then I expect that to happen. A two week mishap is unacceptable. May I recommend once you have repaired a vehicle you double if not triple check to be sure it is in excellent condition before you send it home. Horrible service !!!
