I took my car to have rear bumper repaired. Received the car back with an issue that was not an issue before I dropped off. My gear shift get stuck in park. I had to pay 80.00 to the tow guy who was able to do what guy did from Abra and assist with getting gear to shift. I need my **** car back to the way it was running when I dropped it off. Otherwise I will use the rest of your money and have it fix elsewhere. In addition, there is a light on rear bumper that isn't placed in completely..sloppy **** rushed job which doesn't make sense when they kept my car for an extended 3 days.

Marvin handled my case. My vehicle had damage that I wasn’t aware of and that wasn’t included in the estimate. Even so, my car was completed well within the estimated window. Marvin never hesitated to call with updates and let me know what was going on with my car. He made sure the lines of communication were open and I felt very comfortable calling when I had questions.
