I picked up my car and a side molding was wrong color. Scratch on mirror not fix. Didnt address headlight not working proper with insurance , not fixed. Didn’t fix tire senior after putting rims on car. They also broke the glove box and put belongings in a bag. My Cadillac embelem on key was taken off or lost. When I drove the car back to work it won’t start. Guess they didn’t charge after having disconnected for a while. They did say they would fix but if I had a choice I won’t let them touch my car again. Very dissatisfied customers. Would never refer!

It seems, that the Mt.Moriah location is cutting corners on doing their work and not putting my vehicle back together. The reason my front bumper is not put on correctly is that it was never taken off correctly. My question is to the manager that hasn’t returned my call! Do you fully inspect the vehicles before you call the customers for pickup? Do you need glasses or do you care?
