the manager greg was amazing he did a very good job of communicating and they went above and beyond what was expected. They also help me arrange my rental car and works with GEICO directly to speed things along. I would use that shop again anytime.

I dropped my car off to have the driver side repaired. 2 weeks later I pick up the car and my passenger side door does not open and a piece of it is missing. I took it back and spoke to person I had been working with throughout the repair process. He acted as though this was not abra's fault and that he would see if insurance would pay for the repair! I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE CAR WHEN I LEFT IT WITH ABRA. When I picked it up, a piece is missing and you can't get out of the car. It seems obvious that this happened while in your care but I was treated as though he "will have to get back with me" And "talk to my manager". Are you kidding me? This is not acceptable in any way at all. I called the moment I discovered the problem and went immediately back to the shop. There was a whole lot of shoulder shrugging and saying that they didn't do any work on the passenger side. And yet there is a piece of the inside door handle missing. I am not a happy customer at all!
