I was givin four different timelines of when the vehicle was to be completed. When I was told the Jeep was complete it took me less than a minute to realize that it was not done correctly. The Jeep had to be pulled back in the shop to finish putting the door panel on. The Jeep was obviously not inspected before it was pulled out because the door would not even lock. Geico also quoted me that it would take thirty minutes for the initial drop off which ended up taking over an hour. Customer service was terrible the guy was trying to get me to pay before i even inspected the vehicle. Do y’all not do a walk around the vehicle to make sure the customer is satisfied ? I had to drag the guy out of the office to show me what had been done. (And to realize that it was not done correctly)
