Repairs took a long time. When I called to request a loaner vehicle, Donna told me I would need to talk to a manager. He was "on another line," so I agreed to hold. Eventually Jameel answered. He told me I would need to talk to a manager, but the manager was "out to lunch" and would call me back. After a long wait, I finally called and asked for the manager. He said he didn't have any loaners and then went into a long explanation as to why it was taking so long. I've had a couple of good experiences at this location, and I have recommended it more than once. This experience was disappointing. Also, I received numerous email notifications. Not one of them had any information of substance.

My auto suffered front end damage when my wife pressed on the accelerator instead of the brake when we pulled into a restaurant parking space. Car jumped the curb and into some bushes which damaged the front of my auto. When we got the car back from ABRA, it look like it had just came off the show room floor. Great job to all concerned.
