The work performed by Abra appears to be of very high quality and I am pleased with my car repairs. The estimated time to make repairs was no where close to the actual time, this was a problem. The actual time frame is not an issue but it is very difficult to plan around not having a car when it takes almost twice as much time to do the work. E-mails indicating "parts have been received" or that the "car is now being painted" do not help when there is no correlation to completion.
