Honestly, my time with ABRA repairing my car from accident damages went well. They followed protocol and were friendly. However, when there was an issue with their repair, getting my car fixed again was a huge ordeal. It took over two months to get a very minor issue resolved. And while it was minor, I felt it was pushed aside and not handled professionally. Furthermore, once my car was returned to me, I still had questions, which were never answered. It was incredibly frustrating.
