The new side molding is not fitting flush to the original body molding. It flaps when you touch it with your hand it flaps up and down. I also showed the gentleman who signed my car in where the back door had shifted upon impact of the truck hitting me. He indicated they would make the adjustment upon repairing the car. They did not. They did not clean up my car before calling me to say it was ready. I took a picture of my floor mat where white chalk and foot prints were all embedded. I took my car in without this and expected it to be protected during servicing. I was very impressed with the daily calls to update me on the status of my car so you can imagine how I felt when I got my car back and my trunk would not open with the manual key. The lady took the car back around to the technician and he showed her how to open it manually. Prior to the accident the trunk opened with a key entry. They also requested I sign a satisfaction sheet giving them a ten before I saw my car. I questioned this and was told this is procedure. I think this is a bad practice. Let the customer check the vehicle first and then allow them to rate the service.

I was 100% satisfied with everything except when I got my initial call to set up my appt. When I got to Abra I was informed that I was given the wrong agent name to see and also made a burnt run because with Nationwide you leave the vehicle the initial visit and I wasn't told that. There was a big mix up. The right hand don't know what left hand us doing. I was completely satisfied with the location I went to. Same thing happened to another lady when I went to pick up my vehicle.
