I am extremely Pleaed with the work done on car. From the time I came in for my appointment to get an estimate, Beverly was professional, explained the process, scheduled my rent a car, and dealt with USAA about my claim. Even though we had unexpected rain during my appointment Beverly found an umbrella and we proceeded to get my estimate. She asked if I wanted daily updates about the work being done & she kept me in the loop everyday. The entire staff were courteous and made me feel "Special." I would Definely recommend Abra to my friends. Under the circumstances , this was a smooth, painless, & a wonderful experience. This was my 2nd time to use this Abra shop. I came back because of such excellent work they did the first time. I was not dissatisfied the 2nd time either. The entire staff there is efficient, considerate of my needs, concerned for my reasons for even being there, respectful, courteous, perform quality work in a timely fashion, co-ordinate with Enterprise for my rental pick-up and return, and just generally made a difficult and unpleasant experience more tolerable and durable.
