Repair was quick & Kiel kept me well informed about the process of what was happening to my car almost as it was happening. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I received & intend on returning to Abra for any future repairs I need on my vehicle.

I was happy with the outcome of the work. However, I was sent text messages saying my car was in certain stages periodically. I was sent a message saying that it was being painted on Friday and then another on Monday morning saying it was going through the final stage. Monday at lunch I got a personalized message saying that my car was just then going through paint process. I was going out of town for Thanksgiving and thought my car was on track to be done when promised and then I get messages on the day I was leaving that it was going to be done and then another one contradicting everything that had been sent to me. I just think that whoever is sending the automated texts should make sure they are on the same page.
