I had a minor repair done on my car and the process was very simple...I half-way expected some sort of complication (with my luck) but there were zero issues! When I dropped my car off for the repair, the man told me I could pick it up early the next day but he called me a couple hours later and said it would be ready later the same day I dropped it off. I'll definitely go back to them if I ever have issues with my car!

I am very happy with the work done to my car, and I especially appreciate the level of customer service your associates showed me throughout the experience. The updates sent by text/phone calls helped as well. I dropped my car off at the Olive Branch, MS location, where the lady at the desk prepared everything for me. I believe her name was Sharon, she was very nice and helpful. My car was actually sent to WOLFCHASE location where I was in constant contact with a guy named Kiel. He was also very helpful and eager to make this as pain-free as possible. I know so many others played a huge part in taking care of putting my car back together so please extend my gratitude to all. You've got a great bunch of folks working at these locations, I would highly recommend my friends or family if ever they needed repairs to their vehicles. Thanks again!

The whole experience was great. I was there because someone hit my car and their insurance referred me to Abra. Well if I ever have to get work done again, I will be going here. The daily texts kept me updated easily and Buddy left me voicemail messages when I couldn't answer that actually gave me information instead of a standard "checking in". Since the other insurance company was paying, I just had to drop off and pick up when ready. So easy for me! Thanks so much for taking care of my car. They even cleaned the inside! And that is a lot for a mom of two young children! I'm sure there was all kinds of snacks hidden! Awesome job!

Abra went above and beyond my expectations,did an awesome repair job. The employees are nice,helpful,and professional.I was updated the whole time about my Dodge Nitro,with texts and phone calls.Buddy Lee walked me thru everything from beginning to end.He even waited on me for pickup because I was running a little late,then walked out with me to look over repairs.
